Hand-work
The embroidery goes onto the frame, with progress photographs, then it's stitched to your size. Paying in stages? The next 20% is due before stitching.
Dispatch
Pressed and packed. You pay the shipping (plus the last 20% if paying in stages), then it's on its way, standard or priority.
