1. About us

This store is run by ZARQA Couture, Harshpreet Kaur, Punjab, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Made-to-order pieces

Every piece is made after you order it, in the size you choose or to the measurements you give us. Your order is confirmed once your first payment has been received. We may decline an order, in which case anything you have paid is refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• You pay in three stages: 60% at checkout to begin the work, 20% after the hand-work and before stitching, and 20% plus shipping before dispatch. We send a payment link for each later stage.
• If a stage payment isn't made within 7 days of our request, work on your piece pauses until it is.

4. Measurements, fit and handmade work

• Please measure carefully using our measurement guide. Pieces are cut to the size or measurements you give, and we aren't responsible for fit problems caused by incorrect measurements.
• Hand-embroidery varies slightly from piece to piece, and colours can look a little different on screens. These are part of handmade work.
• Pieces can't be returned. Alterations are available for ₹500 each plus shipping both ways.

5. Customisation and your own designs

Custom requests and designs made from your references are quoted on WhatsApp before any work starts. We work in hand-work only and don't make printed designs. By sending us reference images you confirm you're allowed to share them with us.

6. Timelines

Making times are estimates. We keep you updated and do our best to meet the date you need.

7. Shipping, cancellations and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund & cancellation policy, which form part of these terms.

8. Our designs and photographs

All designs, photographs and content on this site belong to ZARQA Couture and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that piece.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Mohali.
