Shipping policy

Made to order

Every piece is made after you order it. It is usually ready to dispatch in 4–6 weeks from your first payment; bridal and customised pieces can take longer, and we confirm the timeline with you when we reach out. Tell us your date and we'll plan around it.

Shipping costs

Shipping is charged separately from the price of the piece. You choose the service at checkout:

• Standard shipping: ₹400 to ₹2,000
• Priority mail: ₹5,000 to ₹8,000

The exact amount depends on where it's going and the weight of the parcel. We confirm it before dispatch, and it is paid together with the final payment (the last 20%).

International orders

Customs duties and import taxes charged by your country are paid by you on delivery and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Tracking and delivery

• Once your piece is dispatched we send the tracking details on WhatsApp.
• Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier and destination; we share the expected date with the tracking.
• Please check your address carefully. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or no one being available, re-shipping is charged again.
